These SMS Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern text messages sent by Sweetwater Plumbing, LLC ("Sweetwater Plumbing," "we," "us," or "our") to customers and prospective customers who have opted in to receive them. By opting in, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Consent for SMS Communication

You consent to receive text messages from Sweetwater Plumbing when you provide your mobile phone number and agree to receive texts, whether by texting us at (919) 679-1275, by checking the text message consent option when booking service with us, or by asking a member of our team to reach you by text. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Information obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties. We do not sell, rent, release, or transfer your SMS consent or phone number to any third party for any third party marketing purposes.

3. Types of SMS Communications

If you have consented to receive text messages from Sweetwater Plumbing, you may receive messages such as:

• Estimates, invoices, and payment confirmations.
